Please consider carefully before placing an order. Personalized items are unique and cannot be returned/exchanged.
- When the order status is Awaiting Production, you can refund and cancel the order.
- When the order status is in production, if it is a non-production problem and a refund is required, only the shipping fee will be refunded.
- When the order status is shipped, if it is a non-production problem and a refund is requested, no refund will be given.
- The order status is shipped. Refunds are required for non-production problems. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be made.
Cancellation Policy
- When the order status is Awaiting Production, you can refund and cancel the order.
- Once your order is placed into production, we will start producing the personalized products immediately. If you wish to cancel your purchase, Airgiftstime.com will only refund shipping charges.
Airgiftstime.com is responsible for a full refund (including shipping costs) in the following circumstances:
- We sent the wrong order or item.
- You receive any damaged items, or the product you receive is of poor quality/defective.
- The custom content you received is incorrect. If the custom content looks different than the custom content provided.
