Payment Method

Communication before purchase

The email needs to contain the following information:

  • Picture (Choose a photo that you are satisfied with, preferably one with a happy expression, or even an exaggerated and funny one.)
  • Do you need 48 hours of expediting? (Expediting requires a fee of $5)
  • Email address for follow-up contact (to receive sample pictures)
  • Other special requirements

Notice:

We will protect your personal information and your photos will only be used for customization and not elsewhere.

We will reply to your email within 24 hours to inform you whether we can produce it.

Order Payment

1. Add to shopping cart: After communicating and reaching an agreement, select the customized style you need and add it to the shopping cart.

2. Checkout: Confirm the products in your shopping cart and click the “Checkout” button.

3. Fill in the information: Enter the shipping address, contact information and other necessary information.

4. Select payment method: Select the payment method you want to use on the payment page, which can be PayPal or credit card.

5. Complete the payment: Follow the system prompts to complete the payment process. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

What should I do if I can’t pay?

If you encounter any problems during the payment process, you can try the following steps:

  • Check payment information: Make sure the payment information you enter is accurate.
  • Refresh the page: Try to refresh the payment page and make the payment again.
  • Change your payment method: If you have trouble paying with a credit card, you can try paying with PayPal.

Cancel Order

  • When the order status is Awaiting Production, you can refund and cancel the order.
  • Once your order is placed into production, we will start producing the personalized products immediately. If you wish to cancel your purchase, Airgiftstime.com will only refund shipping charges.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your payment account.
