If it is very urgent, can I request you to expedite customization?

If it is very urgent, you can send us an email to notify us. Expedited products will be produced within 48 hours. There is a $5 expedited fee.

Can I cancel an order shortly after placing it?

If production has not started yet, it is possible to cancel your order.

How long does it take to make?

Our customized products require 3-7 business days to be handmade. Expedited products will be produced within 48 hours. There is a $5 expedited fee. We will email you when the header is complete.

If you need to make modifications, please reply to us within 48 hours, otherwise we will continue production as if no modifications are needed to avoid further delays. Products that are replied to after more than 48 hours cannot be modified.

What express delivery is used? How long is the shipping time?

Default is FedEx, shipping time is 5-7 business days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your payment account.
