Service Hours
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed after 9:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Cancel Order
When the order status is Awaiting Production, you can refund and cancel the order.
Once your order is placed into production, we will start producing the personalized products immediately. If you wish to cancel your purchase, Airgiftstime.com will only refund shipping charges.
Production Time
Our customized products require 3-7 business days to be handmade. Expedited products will be produced within 48 hours. There is a $5 expedited fee. We will email you when the header is complete.
If you need to make modifications, please reply to us within 48 hours, otherwise we will continue production as if no modifications are needed to avoid further delays. Products that are replied to after more than 48 hours cannot be modified.
Freight
We use FedEx to provide you with shipping services. There is a $10 courier fee for each order.
If your order amount exceeds US$200, we will not charge express delivery fees.
Shipping time is usually 5-7 business days, shipping time may vary in different regions.
Due Time
Customized products will be in your hands within 7 business days after shipping begins.

Sale Tax
In addition to customization fees, we only charge express fees, and sales tax needs to be borne by the customer.
